MVP

In a nutshell

Loop is an innovative virtual health and fitness platform that brings physical therapy, nutrition, exercise, and wellness into a single, on-demand SaaS experience. By serving both individual patients and healthcare institutions, Loop bridges critical gaps in care and redefines how recovery and wellness can be delivered.

Our design collaboration shaped the product experience from the ground up—UX, UI, design system, and a fully clickable prototype—ultimately contributing to Loop’s impressive exit and pivotal moment in their entrepreneurial journey.

My Role

As part of the Ingenious Behavior team, an innovation lab within the Ingenious Agency, I got to participate in several aspects of this project:

An opportunity to deliver value

Access to comprehensive wellness care is often fragmented. Patients bounce between clinics, apps, and specialists, struggling to connect the dots between their physical therapy program, nutrition advice, and daily exercise routines. For institutions, the challenge is providing consistent, high-quality care across multiple disciplines, often with outdated systems and siloed data.

Loop set out to solve this.
A single platform where patients could instantly access expert care, while institutions could streamline service delivery, improve engagement, and track outcomes—all without adding operational complexity.

It wasn’t just about building a “hub” for health services—it was about making a complex, multi-service platform feel seamless for two very different audiences. Patients needed simplicity and trust to stay engaged, while institutions needed powerful tools that were still easy to adopt.

The key was to design an experience that could flex between personal wellness journeys and institutional workflows, without feeling like two separate products.

Our Approach

We kicked off with a Product Design Sprint alongside the founders and healthcare advisors, starting with conversations with patients, therapists, nutritionists, and administrators. It quickly became clear that trust was critical, especially for first-time users sharing personal health data, and that the real challenge was making multiple services feel like one seamless experience.

From there, we designed role-specific pathways so patients and providers each saw something tailored to them, paired with a visual language that felt credible and approachable.

A clickable prototype was tested it with real users, before moving into the coding of the proper platform.

By the end, we had a product experience that felt natural, trustworthy, and ready to scale.

Outcome

The result was a seamless platform where patients could access multiple health services in just a few taps, and institutions could manage, track, and deliver care from a single, intuitive dashboard.

The MVP hit the right spot, helping pave the way for Loop’s successful exit—a milestone that marked both the end of one chapter and the start of the next.

"The work that Marce and Nacho do at IB is second to none. One of the best investments we made as a company was to analyze the behavior of our clients, and with that information we were able to turn around and design sticky solutions that allowed us to scale quickly. Great job Ingenious Behavior team, you guys rock!"
